Beginners Kick Start
5-sessions: The Kickstart program is with one of our professional trainers. Learn about movement, technique, progressions and safe programming during these 1:1 sessions.
Foundations
Our Foundations program is a fantastic way to set yourself up for success. During these four hour-long 1:1 sessions, you’ll learn about movement, technique, and how to get the most out of your time in the gym.
memberships
Come to as many classes as you like with either of our all-inclusive unlimited membership options. These memberships bill every four weeks from the day you join.
